The birch plywood sheet for sophisticated exposed concrete surfaces

DokaPly Birch Top is a veneered film-coated birch plywood sheet with a grey modified coating on the concrete-facing side of 405 g/m² for exposed concrete surfaces with a matt concrete appearance and high requirements.

Sheet structure:

  • Film-coated plywood sheet made of Nordic birch for higher requirements
  • Veneers in 15 layers with crosswise arrangement and gluing
  • Sheet thickness: 21 mm
  • Surface weight: 14,8 kg/m²
  • Utilisation class EN 636-3

Glue-bonding:

  • Boil-resistant, alkali-resistant, water-resistant and weather-resistant
  • Fulfils the requirements of EN 314-2 Class 3

Surfaces:

  • Grey modified hybrid coating with 405 g/m² on the side facing the concrete
  • Phenolic resin coating with 220 g/m² on the backside
  • Edge sealing made of acrylic resin lacquer to minimise moisture ingress

Note: For >SB2 claim, test concreting is required
