DokaPly Birch is a birchwood-veneer plywood sheet with 120 g/m² film coating on both sides, for horizontal and vertical formwork applications subject to ultra-high requirements for the concrete surfaces.


Sheet structure

  • Film-coated plywood sheet made of Scandinavian birchwood
  • The 15 veneers are layered crosswise

Glue-bonding

  • Boil-resistant, alkali-resistant, water-resistant and weather-resistant phenolic-resin glue-bonding
  • The glue-bonding meets the requirements of EN 314-2 Service Class 3, DIN 68705 BFU 100 or BS 6566 WBP

Surface

  • Both sides phenolic-resin film coating with 120 g per m² and side
  • Edge sealing with acrylic-resin paint

Weight

  • 14.3 kg/m² = 44.68 kg /unit (for 125x250 cm)

 

Plywood sheet made of Nordic birch with 120 g/m² phenolic-resin film coating on both sides. The glue-bonding meets the requirements of EN 314-2 Service Class 3 or BS 6566 WBP. The edges are sealed with acrylic-resin varnish.
