UNIplex plus is a poplar plywood sheet with a 120 g/m² phenolic resin film coating on both sides for the simplest requirements.

Sheet structure

  • Film-coated plywood sheet made entirely of Chinese poplar
  • The arrangement of the veneers is crosswise (face veneers butted, longitudinal veneers overlapped)
  • 11-13 veneers layered crosswise for actual 21 mm sheet thickness

Glue-bonding

  • Melamine-resin glue-bonding satisfies the requirements of a 24 h boiling test to Chinese standard

Surface

  • Both sides phenolic-resin film coating with 120 g per m² and side
  • Edge sealing with acrylic-resin paint
