The birch plywood sheet for exacting exposed concrete surfaces

DokaPly Birch Top is a veneered film-coated birch plywood sheet with a grey modified coating on the concrete-facing side of 405g/m² for exposed concrete surfaces with a matt concrete appearance and high requirements.

Sheet structure:

  • Film-coated plywood sheet made of Nordic birchwood for high requirements*
  • Veneers in 15 layers with crosswise arrangement and glue-bonding
  • Thickness of 21 mm - surface weight 14.8 kg/m²
  • Utilisation class EN 363-3

Glue-bonding:

  • Boil-resistant, alkali-resistant, water-resistant and weather-resistant phenolic-resin glue-bonding
  • Glue-bonding in accordance with EN 314-2 class 3

Surface:

  • Grey modified hybrid coating with 405g/m² on the side facing the concrete
  • Phenolic-resin coating with 220g/m² on the reverse side
  • Edge sealing made of acrylic-resin paint to minimise moisture ingress

* For >SB2 claim a test concreting is required
