General Questions all around the Doka Online Shop

Here you will find all the answers to your questions on all the Product sortiment that is available for you in the Doka Online Shop.

You can place your orders in the Doka Online Shop around the clock. The orders will be processed as usual by our sales department. By this way you no longer have to rely on the opening hours.

The current status allows you to order the selected Products which is offered by the Doka range.

You'll see which conditions are available in the Online Shop. Please get in touch with your Doka Contact Person. You can use our contact form as well.

Registration

In this section you will find all the unanswered questions on the registration topic.

In order to be able to use all the features/functions that is offered, you must register in the Doka Online Shop.

You can register your company here. We can also provide you with a Registration code. With this code, it will make the initial login easier. You can also use our Contact Form.

Please note: After registration your company data will be checked by Doka. As soon as your company has been activated you will receive an email containing your activation link. After this procedure, you will be able to log in and use all functions of the Doka Online Shop.

If your company is already registered, please contact your Administrator. He/she can provide you with an access as a User in order to be able to use the Online Shop. If your Administrator is not known to you, you can use our Contact Form. We are happy to help you.

If there was no company account existing, please register yourself by using this Registration Form.

No, the Doka Online Shop is only available exclusively to the commercial Customers.

No, through the necessary data provided of your comany and the initial/solely registration, it can be clearly identified. A multiple registration entry is therefore not possible.

In the case that several people would like to use/access the Online Shop, they can receive user access that will be created by the Administrator.

My Customer Account

The section "My Customer Account" mentions the most common questions about managing your personal account.

After you enter your eMail address in the login area on you can click on "Forgot password". You can then request the link to reset your password.

In "My Account- Profile" you will find the information how to change your password.

You will find the information where to change the settings in My Account.

My Company - Role Management

Here you will find all your answers all around the role management and the section "My Company".

You can create new users via the My Company - Manage User section.

Order

Here are the questions all around the section "Order".

No, you are required to pre-register in the Doka Online Shop in order to place an order.

Please login to the Doka Online Shop and add the desired products into the shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout area and follow the steps of the order process.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail with your order receipt. Please note: It will be followed by an order confirmation e-mail that is legally binding.

In Step 2 "Delivery/Pick up Address" of the order process, you are able to create a new project.

You can check the status of your orders in the Order History section. This you will find under My Account - My Orders.

Our Online Service Team is available in the following times:

If a change of the existing Invoice Address is required, please contact your Doka Representative or use the Contact Form to inform the Doka Online Service Team about the changes.

You can change your Delivery Address directly in the Order process by clicking on Step 2 area "Delivery- /Pick up Address" with the edit button.

In the section My Account - My Orders, you will find the overview of all of your orders.
When you find your order that you wish to cancel, please click on the order number. This will direct you to the order details. Click on the "cancel" button in order to cancel your order.

Please note: Sie: In case the "cancel" button is already grayed out, you are no longer able to cancel the order due to already far processed order. Please contact your Doka representative as soon as possible.

Rentals

Ordering

Renting is restricted to construction companies.

Generally, rental material from Doka is in used condition.

When you rent formwork material also the multi-trip containers are rentals.

Yes, the minimum rental period is 30 days.

Delivery

No.

Usage of Material on Jobsite

If you would like to use rented materials on multiple construction sites you have to get approval from your Doka branch.

Rental invoices are sent out at the end of the month.

The Online Shop offers material at a rental charge per month. If you select an active rental project as delivery option, you will find the agreed rental conditions from the project contract.

Please mark your own materials accordingly. You have to make sure that materials are not mixed up, and that rented material is completely returned back to Doka.

Material Returns

You have to return material in clean condition.

Customers can organize return transports by themselves (please inform your Doka branch 2 days in advance about return dates). If you wish, Doka can organize the return transport as well. In that case please contact your Doka branch in advance.

Material check

Doka Logistics will count the returned items and check them according to Doka's quality standards for rental formwork. Discrepancies will be documented and customers will be informed accordingly.

Doka will charge you for reconditioning and repairs. If the material is damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be charged full price.

Reconditioning

No, only Doka personnel is allowed to repair damaged material.

Return report

You will receive a return report. This contains information on material quantities as well as cleaning and repair efforts.

Material in used condition

Used material is provided to you in our Doka quality standard. If you need further details, please contact your Doka branch.

You can purchase most items in used condition as well. Consumables can only be purchased in new condition.

Material Availability

Yes, you will have the possibility to check item availability in the shoping cart ("Check availability and project prices").

Yes, in this case your Doka branch will contact you after you placed the order in the Online Shop.

Delivery & Self Pick up

Yes, you can have your formwork material delivered. Please select the correct delivery option in your order / checkout process.

In the order process, the amount of the delivery cost will be displayed after selecting the Delivery Address.

You can state your desired Delivery date for your order. The order and the desired delivery date will be checked after your order got sent. When you receive your order confirmation, you will find the information on your final delivery date (outgoing). We will of course try our best to meet the specified delivery date.

Yes, you can pick up your ordered formwork material. During the order process, please select the correct delivery option.

Yes, in the order process you are able to choose the delivery option "Self Pick up". After selecting your project, then you can click on the Doka Branch of your choice.

Claims & Return Delivery

Here you will be informed about the claim management and return delivery procedure.

In the case of a complaint, please contact your Doka representative. We will make sure to respond to your concern as soon as possible.

We would ask you kindly to contact the Doka Branch that was responsible for your delivered order. You will find the information on the receipt (ex. Delivery note).

Please contact the Doka Branch that has received your returned material. If you have any questions, you can also contact your Doka representative.

You will receive a credit note as a refund and you can use it for the next orders. In case you would prefer a money transfer, then please inform your Doka representative.

Saved Material List

This section will provide you with all of the information you need to know about " saved material list".

The saved lists are a useful tool especially when you wish to save the products that you order on a regular basis.

In order to access the saved list, you must first log in. In the case you are not registered yet, please follow this link.

On each of the product detail page, you will find the button "Saved List". If you would like to add a product to your saved list, please click on this button. Then you will directly land onto the Saved list page or you can continue shopping.

In the saved list, you will find a small shopping basket. By clicking on this button, your product will be added to the shopping cart.

The product will remain available for you in your saved list.

To remove products from your saved list, you have two available options:

Deleting a single item: If you wish to delete one item from your saved list, please click on the trash icon.
Deleting a list: By clicking on the " Delete all" button, the entire list will be deleted.

Technical Questions

Here you will find all the answers to important questions on technical issues.

Basically, you can use any browser for the Doka Online Shop. Please make sure that your browser version is always up to date in order to use all the functions and advantages that are offered in the Online Shop.

Along with the computer capability (laptops and desktops) of the Doka Online Shop, the mobile devices (tablets and smartphones) are also supported.
