EUCAplex plus F/F d.b 240 EXT 21mm

Eucaplex plus is a Chinese eucalyptus veneer plywood sheet with 240 g/m² phenolic-resin film coating on both sides. The phenolic resin bond of the sheet passes a 72-hour boiling test. The edges are sealed with acrylic-resin varnish. The steet is a good alternative to birch without visual requirements, thereby 2 KG / m² lighter.

Plywood

The plywood panels are glued crosswise with a water-resistant phenolic resin. The gluing meets the requirements of EN 314-2 class 3 – the highest gluing class for plywood for outdoor use.

Surface

• Phenolic resin film 240 g/m² on both sides
• Edge sealed with brown acrylic resin varnish

Application/ Number of reuses

With optimal processing and proper treatment, up to 15 uses or more can be achieved. However, this is a non-binding guide value that depends on many factors that affect the panel.

Sheet structure

• Film-coated plywood sheet made of Chinese eucalyptus.
• The veneers are full-size or scarf-jointed and arranged crosswise.
• Phenolic-resin glue-bonding.
