The affordable plywood sheet for cut-outs and offcuts

CUTplex basic pine is a veneered, film-coated plywood panel made of poplar (core layer) and pine (cover layers) with a 160 g/m² phenolic resin film coating on both sides for subordinate applications and offcuts - e.g. for use as construction plywood for various on-site applications.

Sheet strucutre:

  • Film-coated plywood panel made of poplar (core layer) and pine (cover layers) for minor purposes
  • Veneers in 11 - 13 layers with crosswise arrangement and gluing
  • Sheet thickness: 20 mm
  • Surface weight: 11,0 kg/m²

Surfaces:

  • Phenolic resin film coating of 160 g/m² on both sides
  • Edge sealing made of acrylic resin lacquer to minimise moisture ingress

Note: For >SB2 claim, test concreting is required
