Bay braces are essential to increase the vertical stiffness of the scaffold! For stabilizing the outer plane of the scaffold, parallel and perpendicular to the facade, vertical braces are used. Vertical braces are placed in at least every 5th bay on every lift and in every end bay perpendicular to the facade. Diagonals are available for 1.00m, 1.50m and 2.0m heights, and bay lengths of 0.73m, 1.09m, 1.40m, 1.57m, 2.07m, 2.57m, 3.07m.

Art.-No. 574

The wall tie tube is a scaffold tube with pin, designed to keep the standards in the vertical position without buckling.

Art.-No. 689

The Gap Filler Plates are designed to fill any unwanted gaps between planks or bays creating continuous platforms and can easily be installed in the same method as the infill planks and can be secured to the main planks.

Art.-No. 690

The Plan Braces are used for lateral bracing between the node points on the Ringlock Standards. The Plan Braces come in various sizes to suit the bay range.

Art.-No. 691

The Plan Braces are used for lateral bracing between the node points on the Ringlock Standards. The Plan Braces come in various sizes to suit the bay range.

Art.-No. 692

The stairs are used to provide access to the various deck levels within the scaffold. The aluminum platform stairs are suitable for 2.00 kN/m² (EN12811: class 3). Alu-stairways are available in lengths of 2.57m, 3.07m.

Art.-No. 718

The inner guardrail 1m is used to shield the inner side of a 1m staircase.

Art.-No. 719

The Girder transom enables a standard to be installed along the length of a bay when secured to two standards.

Art.-No. 730

Plank to plank transoms can be placed between two decks within a bay to support decks e.g. for making ladder openings or create openings. They are available in widths equivalent to 1, 2 and 3 Boards.

Art.-No. 815

Standards with presseded spigot are used as “verticals” to transmit loads to the ground. Rosettes are welded every 50cm which allow to create a connection between different elements. These standards are not to be used for suspended scaffolds! Standards are available in incremintle lengths from 0.50m to 4.00m.

Art.-No. 844

Art.-No. 319023075

The Ladder Hatch Plank acts as a lightweight, extra wide Scaffold Plank which incorporates a hatch and a ladder.

Art.-No. 310067004

The Access barriers are designed to be used as a guardrail at the top and bottom of the Aluminum 4 leg Platform Stairs and can also be used to provide barriers around gaps in platforms for ladder access.

The Ladder Hatch Plank acts as a lightweight, extra wide Scaffold Plank which incorporates a hatch.

Art.-No. 722

Lattice girders are used to bear heavy loads at large spans or to create a bridging construction within the scaffold. Lattice girders are available in 5.14m, 6.14m, 7.71m. They are 50cm in depth and equipped with Terminal Wedges to connect to the rosettes on the standards. They come without spigot, but a separate spigot can be used.

Art.-No. 723

Eye-bolt for anchoring scaffolds or stair towers to a building using wall tie tubes.

Art.-No. 794

Ledger to plan transoms can be placed between one deck and one ledger within a bay to support decks e.g. for making ladder openings or create openings. They are available in widths equivalent to 1, 2 and 3 Boards.

Art.-No. 810

Standards hanging without spigot are used as “verticals” to transmit loads to the ground. The fact that they don´t have spigots, allows them to be used for shoring applications. Standards are available in incremintle lengths. Rosettes are welded every 50cm which allow to create a connection between different elements. In order to join 2 standards a Spigot needs to used. These standards are to be used for suspended Scaffolds

Art.-No. 845

Art.-No. 310012004

Adjustable swing gate designed to secure an opening used for access & egress. It allows to cover openings from 0.88 m to 1.35 m.

Art.-No. 319050015

Aluminum hook-on ladder for hatch-decks without integrated ladder.

Art.-No. 304032004

The Beam clamp forged rigid is designed to connect scaffold tube to the flanges of structural steel beams. They can also be used to support suspended scaffold from structural steel.
