Film-faced hardwood plywood for projects where reuse and surface quality matter. Up to 30 uses* and consistent quality make EVERplex a cost-effective alternative to birch plywood. The 12 mm thickness is selected according to the formwork construction and intended use.
Cost-effective alternative to birch plywood for wall and slab formwork
EVERplex is a film-coated hardwood plywood sheet made from Vietnamese rubberwood. The A/A-grade veneers are arranged crosswise throughout the panel, and both sides have a dark brown-red 130 g/m² phenolic-resin film. EVERplex is a consistent option when number of reuses and surface quality are more important than with UNIplex.

💡 When to choose this product:
Choose EVERplex when number of reuses and surface quality matter. Consistent quality in both the face veneer and core supports reliable performance, while availability is more predictable than second-grade birch plywood, where both quality and availability may vary.
Thickness selection: the correct thickness depends on the formwork construction. Customers often select the thickness based on the structure and intended use.
🏷️ Volume discount: Order at least 6 full packs to benefit from a lower price per m².
*The number of uses is indicative. Actual reuse depends on the application, conditions and handling.
