The large-format exposed concrete sheet made of Nordic birch for high exposed concrete requirements and application figures
High-grade plywood sheet made of Nordic birch with fibre-reinforced synthetic-resin coating on the concrete-facing side and 120 g/m² phenolic-resin film coating on the back side. The edges are sealed with high-grade 2-component edge protection varnish.
Sheet structure:
- Coated plywood sheet made from Nordic birch
- Veneers are crosswise glue-bonded
- Sheet thickness: 21 mm
- Surface weight: 15,0 kg/m²
- Utilisation class EN 636-3
Glue-bonding:
- Boil-resistant, alkali-resistant, water-resistant and weather-resistant
- Fulfils the requirements of EN 314-2 Class 3
Surfaces:
- Concrete-facing side with fibre-reinforced synthetic resin coating
- Backside with phenolic resin film coating of 120 g/m²
- Edge sealing made from high-quality 2-component edge protection lacquer to minimise moisture ingress
Note: For >SB2 claim, test concreting is required
