DokaPly Birch SC 21mm is a birchwood-veneer plywood sheet with 120 g/m² film coating on both sides, for horizontal and vertical formwork applications subject to ultra-high requirements for the concrete surfaces.

Plywood sheet made of Chinese poplar veneer with composed deck Veneers. Both sides are coated with 120 g/m² brown phenolic-resin film. Bonding is exterior and will pass a 24 h boiling test.

Plywood sheet made of Chinese eucalyptus with 240 g/m² phenolic-resin film coating on both sides. The phenolic resin bond of the sheet passes a 72-hour boiling test. The edges are sealed with acrylic-resin varnish.

Plywood sheet made of Nordic birch with 220 g/m² phenolic-resin film coating on both sides. The glue-bonding meets the requirements of EN 314-2 Service Class 3 or BS 6566 WBP. The edges are sealed with acrylic-resin varnish.

Both sides are coated with a 125 g/m² brown phenolic resin film. Bonded with melamine adhesive. Primarily used for formwork applications without requirements for fair-faced concrete surfaces, suitable as a cut-to-size or auxiliary panel.
