The 4 way screw jack is designed to be installed at the top of a scaffold. Particularly for shoring applications where one more beams are required to be supported.

Artikel nr. 306030780

The Swivel base jack is used as a starting base for a scaffold. It is adjustable in height and angle to allow for compensation on uneven surfaces so that a level scaffold is always attainable.

Artikel nr. 306010600

The base jack is used to adjust the height of the scaffold. For base jack 60cm height adjustability is 40 – 450 mm.

Artikel nr. 301270000

The base collar with a single rosette is placed on the base jack and forms an easy base for the rest of the scaffold. The base collar makes the alignment of a modular structure easier.

Artikel nr. 301280000

The Leg lock, used in pairs, is designed to attach to the bottom rosette of the top Standard and to the top rosette of the bottom Standard. This joins the standards together in preparation for suspended or lifted scaffold applications.

Artikel nr. 335040000

Spigots for hanging scaffolds are necessary for connecting standards without spigots in suspended scaffolds (2 bolt axis per connection).

Artikel nr. 307070100

The Castor Wheel is designed to provide mobility to a medium to large size scaffold tower allowing the tower to roll across a flat surface.

Artikel nr. 335020000

Pin for securing standard-to-standard connections.

Standards with presseded spigot are used as “verticals” to transmit loads to the ground. Rosettes are welded every 50cm which allow to create a connection between different elements. These standards are not to be used for suspended scaffolds! Standards are available in incremintle lengths from 0.50m to 4.00m.

Spring pin for securing standard-to-standard connections.

Artikel nr. 333040005

The Ballast weight holder secures to the Standard to prevent overturning when used with Ballast weights.

Artikel nr. 333040015

The Ballast weight is installed onto the Ballast weight holder.

Standards hanging without spigot are used as “verticals” to transmit loads to the ground. The fact that they don´t have spigots, allows them to be used for shoring applications. Standards are available in incremintle lengths. Rosettes are welded every 50cm which allow to create a connection between different elements. In order to join 2 standards a Spigot needs to used. These standards are to be used for suspended Scaffolds

The Base jack handle is installed ontop of a Base collar or Standard to prevent uplift in Rebar scaffold configurations.

Artikel nr. 306110004

The base jack retention prevents the kicker lift to fall off when hoisting the scaffold. It has a terminal wedge and a half coupler allowing to high versatility of the component.
